To celebrate International Women's Day on 8 March 2024, we made a short film that brought together all our female employees and several of our male employees. One by one, they each chose one word to describe a woman.

This video was a beautiful way for us to pay tribute to the women around us.

On Saturday 3 February, our company opened its doors to our employees’ families for a special open day.

During the afternoon, both children and adults were able to take a guided tour of our premises and factory in small groups, accompanied by some of our employees. The aim was to show them the inner workings of the company, so that they could experience the daily tasks of our various employees.

To round off the day in a warm, friendly way, everyone was invited to share a delicious afternoon snack, with lots of sweet treats prepared by Palais Gourmand (a local company from La Rochelle), and to take part in a floral workshop organized by La Pause Bucolique.

To round off 2023 in a fun and joyful way, Extruplast organized a Christmas party for all our employees and their families.

For this special occasion, we hired out a local bar close to our company site and booked a caterer so that everyone could enjoy a pleasant evening together.

As can be seen from the photos, there was a great atmosphere all evening and everyone had a fun, relaxing time before heading off for their Christmas holidays with friends and family.
